Organisational readiness is concerned with ensuring that an organisation understands and acts upon a range of factors affecting its ability to implement change effectively.

Our approach to organisational readiness is to undertake an initial assessment in order to enable the organisation to fully understand the environment within which the change is to be implemented.

This in turn allows for production of change management strategies and plans to ensure the required change can be implemented and sustained.

It is critical that an initial business readiness assessment is carried out at the earliest opportunity in the project so that appropriate actions can be planned and taken.

Further assessments are undertaken at agreed intervals during the programme of work as a means to measure the level of preparedness of the business for implementation.

The constituent parts of the readiness assessment will be modified as new aspects of the implementation are undertaken.
