Scope

We select a number of work packages depending on the type of engagement. These may include:

  • Business and IT Objective Assessment
  • Environment Discovery and Profile
  • Solution Architecture and Technical Strategy

This phase will deliver a set of budgetary costs and a high-level design that can be used as part of the business justification for the project, as well as a requirements definition for the design phase.

 

Design

This stage includes:

  • Detailed Solution Design
  • Solution Delivery Plan
