Morse is client led and works with you to define the right level of structure and process around a selection exercise. This can range from a full blown RFP process, where we provide a template RFP to be used as the basis for requirements gathering, through to simple key criteria for success.
The process starts with understanding what your organisation requires from a solution and from a supplier. Once the overall requirements are gathered a workshop is held with the client to identify which providers could be a good fit for their requirement. The selection process can then begin.
The selection has a mixture of both written and presented information from the provider. This allows the client to then shortlist suppliers to undertake further due diligence. The final due diligence will include:
