A Morse business process and application design consists of the following elements:
An initial exercise to define the plan, resources, costs and timeframe for the Business Blueprint and provide indicative times and costs for the implementation. The key deliverable is a Project Initiation Document (PID).
A set of workshop based sessions used to extract requirements, convert into solution designs and play back to obtain agreement. An integrated set of deliverables are produced that incorporate finalised plans, costings, designs, architectures and Proof of Concept models.
