Impact analysis – this is required to evaluate both the scope and depth of the problem, for example, is it time-boxed, geographically limited, channel-specific?

Process remediation – as a result of the analysis, proposals to correct the underlying process will be recommended. This may require process reengineering or control environment enhancements. Our consultants will remove the risk of recurrence by developing and embedding enhanced processes. We will also make recommendations for alternative solutions where necessary, such as re-training a workforce.

Design - our consultants will propose and agree a model for client rectification. This will involve the process to be followed, and (if appropriate) the model calculation to be applied.
