The service will be delivered by experienced consultants who can guide the client through the process and provide access to tools, templates and service provider knowledge which can be customised to the nature of the client’s situation.
Typically an assignment of this nature would involve:

Review of the current business model and identification of scope possibilities for outsourcing

Development of a business case for outsourcing versus in-source / retention options

Preparing and issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP)

Capture current and future requirements and develop questions for the RFP, comparing to best practice where appropriate

Define business scope and metrics to enable potential partners to respond as effectively as possible

Identification of potential candidates based on requirements, scope, geographical coverage and potential strategic fit

Evaluation of RFP responses, including financials, and agree short list recommendation

Preparation for, and conducting, short list supplier assessment workshops and reference visits

Selection of preferred supplier and communicating outcome to key stakeholders, including regulators

Completion of heads of agreement with preferred supplier

Leading exclusive contract and SLA negotiation through to deal completion
