UCITS – the global fund brand?

Despite the bursting of the equity bubble in 2001, EFAMA statistics show quite clearly that the European fund market has grown strongly over the past ten years. Total UCITS assets are well over €5bn and have grown 16% year on year over the same period. The mutual fund and the UCITS structure is now accepted worldwide as the core building block for asset-gathering and long term savings.
