Integration positions Morse as leading international consulting business

London, 28th February, 2007 – Morse today announced a major re-branding initiative to integrate the strengths of its three business units into a single portfolio of services. Until now, Morse’s solutions have been provided through three distinct businesses – CSTIM, Diagonal and Morse. In response to input from its clients, Morse has integrated these businesses to provide clients with specialist advice in management, applications and infrastructure consulting and delivery services.

“We have taken the decision to consolidate brands and further integrate our businesses in order to offer our clients an integrated portfolio of services that most effectively represents our management, applications and infrastructure capabilities,” comments Kevin Alcock, CEO at Morse. “This is a major milestone for us and helps position us as a leading international consulting business. What differentiates us from other companies in the market is our specialist knowledge, our ability to respond quickly to our clients’ needs, and our company culture.”

Morse now offers a powerful blend of management, application and infrastructure consulting skills. The management consultancy arm of Morse helps organisations to identify and address business opportunities and enable the delivery of transformational change to improve business performance. The applications consultancy offering helps companies to put in place the optimal business processes, systems and organisational design to improve business performance, while infrastructure consulting enables the provisioning, managing and operating of technology to improve business performance.

Morse started the move towards becoming a services and consulting business in the late 1990s by acquiring small web services and Oracle companies. In addition to building up the consulting and implementation services it provided in the IT infrastructure arena, Morse also made some key acquisitions to accelerate its transformation into a consulting and delivery business. In April 2004, Morse acquired specialist management consultancy CSTIM. The transformation was further aided by the purchase of the Diagonal Group in August 2005. This provided Morse with an application consulting capability, in addition to its ability to offer management and infrastructure consulting and services.

“Diagonal and CSTIM have been key ingredients in our transformation strategy – we have focused on integrating the businesses, getting people working together and developing joint propositions. This work has been critical as it has made the move to the one Morse brand a natural progression,” explained Kevin Alcock.

Morse has a network of offices throughout the UK, the Channel Islands, Ireland, France, Luxembourg, Spain, South Africa, USA, Malaysia, Australia and Singapore
