IT jobs growth continues - Computerworld

In this article, Computerworld reports on the growing demand for permanent staff placements, as revealed by a recent survey from the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and KPMG. The IT sector is doing particularly well, showing the best perfrmance after secretarial staff. Morse's Mike Devlin argues however, that companies  would benefit from a more flexible approach to their resourcing strategy. For example, they might decide to spend only 50 to 80 percent of their budget on permanent staff and the remainder on temporary staff as they see fit.
