A Waste of Time?

In the December edition of Funds Europe, Chris Sier, consultant, Morse, comments on an article 'A Waste of Time?' which looks at the prickly issue of pricing derivatives which has been brought to light by the sub-prime crisis.
Sier comments, "Its a sign of how far resources lag demand that many companies cannot use as wide a range of derivatives as they wish because they lack the capacity to do so".
