Kevin joined Morse in 2004 as part of the acquisition of CSTIM, he was appointed to the Executive team later that year to grow Morse's presence around Management Consultancy services. Kevin was a founder of CSTIM in 1998, before this he was head of the Investment Management Consultancy business at Ernst & Young.

Michael is the Non-Executive Chairman of Ashmore Group plc, a Non-Executive Director of Invesco Japan Discovery Trust plc and a Director of Border Asset Management Limited, Badanloch Estates Limited and Community Foundation Network. He was formerly a Vice-Chairman of Amvescap plc and has held various roles within Invesco.  He brings a wealth of experience from the financial services sector.

Eric is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA from the London Business School. Prior to joining Morse in Autumn 2005 he held financial management positions in GlaxoSmithKline, Whitbread and Marconi. Eric was appointed to the Board in September 2006.

Kevin joined Morse as Chairman in 2008. He is currently Chairman of Micro Focus Plc and a Director of Farnham Castle. He has previously held positions as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Cable & Wireless Plc, President of Motorola Europe Middle East and Africa and President, Motorola Professional Services Group, Chief Executive of IBM UK and Non-Executive Director of The Big Food Group plc.

Duncan joined Morse as Finance Director in 1994, was then appointed Commercial Director and became the Group's Chief Executive Officer in 1997 and Executive Deputy Chairman in 2007. He is a qualified accountant and worked at Price Waterhouse for ten years before joining Morse. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Profero Limited and Chairman of Monitise plc.

Derrick joined Morse in 2005. Before his appointment to the Board in December 2005, Derrick was an Executive Director and CFO of the Avecia Group. He previously worked for Astra Zeneca and ICI and held a number of senior financial positions.

Nick joined Morse in 2004. He is a solicitor and legal counsel in the Legal Department advising on legal and compliance matters across the Morse group of companies. He was appointed Company Secretary in June 2007.

Paul joined Morse in 2007. He has been a Managing Partner of the Rose Partnership since March 2006. He was a Partner with PwC Consulting for 18 years, where he held a number of roles, including Head of the Financial Services Practice, European Board Member responsible for People and Knowledge and Global Head of the Insurance practice. He also spent three years with IBM, where he was responsible for business development across Europe for their business process outsourcing practice. Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Nigel joined Morse in 2004. He is Group Managing Director of Air Systems, a division within BAE Systems, and brings with him over 20 years management experience from varying roles within the aerospace and defence industry.
