Board change
Morse plc (" Morse" or "the Group") the consulting, technology and support company announces today that its Chief Financial Officer, Stuart Cruickshank, has resigned his position and leaves the Board and the Group with immediate effect.
Eric Dodd, the Company's Director of Finance, has been appointed to act as interim Chief Financial Officer.
Eric is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA from the London Business School. Prior to joining the Company in autumn 2005 he held senior financial management positions in GlaxoSmithKline, Whitbread and Marconi.
