Appointment of Group Finance Director and Board Change
Morse plc ("Morse"), the IT services and technology company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Guy Millward as Group Finance Director, with effect from 1 July 2009. Mr Millward will join Morse from Kewill plc where he is currently the Group Finance Director. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young and has spent the majority of his career within the IT industry. Simultaneously, on 1 July 2009, as a result of this appointment and as mentioned in the Company’s announcement on 11 February 2009, Kevin Loosemore will return to his original role as Non-Executive Chairman. Commenting on the Board changes, Kevin Loosemore, Executive Chairman of Morse plc, said: "We are delighted that Guy has chosen to join us at Morse. He will bring with him extensive experience in the IT sector and I look forward to his contribution and support in executing Morse's strategy."
