I have been working in Financial Services for 23 years and joined the Morse Group 4 years ago. The best thing about working for Morse is the people. They are knowledgeable, experienced and willing to share their time and skills. They also come from a variety of backgrounds, which gives them different but complementary toolkits. Some, like me, have worked in line management roles within the industry; others have been consultants throughout their careers. They have experience of working in different areas of the industry, which has enabled me to significantly broaden my horizons and take on varied assignments that have stretched my abilities, while being supported by experts in their fields. The sharing works both ways, of course. I have had the opportunity to support others in getting up to speed in my areas of expertise and I have found this a satisfying and rewarding aspect of the job. Above all, I feel appreciated; by my colleagues, within a culture of mutual respect, and by my clients, who acknowledge the added benefits that come from this way of working.

Within an industry that requires sustained high standards and independent working, it is important to be able to rely on your colleagues for support when you need it and to know that you are working with people whose expertise and professionalism you can trust.
