I joined Morse in July 2005 having ten years experience with various large global corporations. As Morse is a slightly smaller organisation in comparison, my time here has been refreshing in offering many opportunities to work in all facets of the business that are typically not found in larger companies. From marketing to delivery; sales to human resources; to finance and information technology. Morse gives you the autonomy to succeed, yet supporting you when required.
I’ve found that my peers and colleagues work in partnership to facilitate people development and are genuinely passionate about their contribution. Our culture is open, honest and transparent, providing an environment that enhances your overall success. Most importantly - we have fun!
Morse aspires to promote from within, so many career opportunities exist both within business divisions and across the wider organisation. My own team has doubled in size in the last two years giving me greater responsibility and opportunity to grow. I’ve personally been rewarded for my success and when I wanted to return to higher education Morse fully supported me in this decision.
