Our office in Paris recently held a conference to discuss the role of Chief Compliance Officer in investment mangement. The conference, which had over sixty delegates in attendance from the investment industry in Paris, examined the role of Chief Compliance Officer in investment mangers. The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) also presented their views.
