In April 2005, we expanded our management consulting services to Australia through the establishment of consulting practices based in Sydney and Melbourne. The business was established following the appointment of Ian Perkins and Philip Hope as Directors and we now have over 10 management consultants based in Australia.

We provide specialist management consulting capabilities relating to strategy, maintenance and change to the investment industry including investment manager, superannuation funds and life insurance companies. Our assignments include unit pricing governance, operating model design and implementation, strategic outsourcing, market research, custody transfer and unit registry alternatives.
