A challenging but stimulating environment. Working in a team on a shift basis you will provide comprehensive desktop support on client assignments undertaking support for Windows 2000, XP and MS office, as well as project work within an Investment Banking environment. Support tasks may also cover printer and telephone handset support. You are required to be delivery oriented and require the utmost professionalism and customer focus.

Skills and experience
- Experience of managing and supporting call escalation systems
- Strong experience of client facing Windows NT/2000/XP support
- Good application knowledge (particularly MS Office 2000/2003)
- Competent hardware knowledge of desktop computers and printers
- Experience of laptops/PDA’s/mobile technology
- Experience of messaging systems (Outlook/Exchange Server) and remote desktop systems
- Usage of helpdesk systems (e.g. Remedy, Peregrine, Royal Blue etc.)
- Experience of additional applications (e.g. Lotus Notes) and market data experience (Reuters/Bloomberg/DataStream exposure) an advantage
